Hundredfold - Building a Vocation Ministry

Hundredfold - A Workshop to Start or Revitalize a Parish Vocation Ministry

As much as Fr. Scott Wallisch would like to promote vocations in all 90 + parishes in the Archdiocese, he is just one person. However he has helped start vocation committees (or ministries as he likes to call them), in about a dozen parishes. These ministries - made up of lay people - help to build awareness of vocations to the priesthood and religious life in their parish. They also relieve an overworked pastor from having to manage one more ministry in his parish.

If you care about supporting and influencing vocations to the priesthood and religious life, we invite you to attend an upcoming workshop on how to build a vibrant ministry in your parish. Rhonda Gruenewald has written a book about doing just that. She has dozens of ideas to share, and how to organize and implement a committee of volunteers.

The workshop is free. To register please go to archkck.org and look on the home page for the "Hundredfold" book. If you have questions please call us at 913-647-0303.
